First, we hope that you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. Clearly, this is a time for taking stock of what’s most important, and for making the necessary changes to protect our families and communities.

Second, as we follow COVID-19, we continue to keep our employees, you, and your homes and businesses safe. We are monitoring the Center for Disease Control and the New Mexico Department of Health for updates and any changes that might affect the way we serve you and your family. As members of the International Window Cleaning Association, we are utilizing all educational resources available for cleaning and sanitizing safely. Additionally, all We Do Windows employees are trained in COVID-safe practices and have completed the New Mexico Safe Certified training program.

We will continue to provide the same excellent service you’ve come to expect from us while following the government guidelines and mandates to help keep everyone healthy. The health and safety of our employees and our customers remains a top priority.

Here’s what we are doing as a company:

  • All employees are vaccinated for COVID-19
  • Training employees to work safely during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Employees stay home (with paid time off) if they or any other family members are sick
  • Fewer employees per vehicle
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work surfaces and equipment
  • Estimates done outside of the home to help reduce human contact
  • Increasing the disinfecting power of our soaps
  • Technicians wash/disinfect hands before entering the home
  • No handshakes, hugs or physical contact
  • Technicians wear disposable shoe covers inside
  • Technicians wear disposable gloves
  • Technicians wear masks when required
  • Technicians avoid common touch points (i.e., door knobs, light switches, etc.) as much as possible
  • Invoicing available with credit card payment option to reduce passing of checks or paying in-person

Here’s what you can do:

  • Schedule work for interior/exterior cleaning knowing our techs have been trained to safely clean in your home
  • Schedule exterior-only work if you or anyone in your family has traveled within the last 14 days
  • Schedule exterior-only work if anyone in your home has been sick and or had a cough or fever in the last two weeks
  • Purchase a We Do Windows Gift Certificate for a friend or later use by you

Your exterior-only cleaning options:
If you feel more comfortable by not having anyone into your home, we recommend taking advantage of our exterior-only services. (We can return later to clean the interior windows.)

  • Exterior window cleaning
  • Stain removal/glass restoration
  • Gutter/canale cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Light fixture cleaning
